Future Management Systems forms and facilitates CEO/Executive Leadership Groups for non profit and public sector leaders. FMS’s innovative groups challenge leaders about their leadership style, their methods of leading, managing and problem solving to help leaders and organizations succeed.  We are proud to have Leadership Groups that we facilitate which include more than CEOs:

• Educational Collaboratives’ Executive Leadership Group

These groups:

• Provide opportunities for leadership development for CEO/Executive Leaders in a challenging but safe environment;
• Assist CEO/Executive Leaders in developing a network of peers for support, expertise, potential joint ventures, etc;
• Expand CEO/Executive Leaders’ networks beyond their specific fields to other leaders who can provide new perspectives on today’s leadership and organizational challenges;  and,
• Share best practices with other CEO/Executive Leaders in areas such as guiding change, developing strategic partnerships, board development, recruiting, retaining, and motivating talent, etc.

FMS ensures that each Group follows FMS's philosophy of meaningful assessment and development of high-performance organizations and teams.  FMS administers and provides expert interpretation of relevant standardized tools to enable each leader to better understand their own style and the styles of their colleagues.  Members learn how to coach each other in a manner that recognizes each member's unique style of leadership to gain new insights to immediately improve leadership and organizational results.  Group meetings are typically held every six weeks.   

In our comprehensive work with top leaders, we have learned that the CEO/Executive Leader’s role is rewarding, demanding, complex and varied from organization to organization.
