Our company’s core competency focuses on leadership development for CEO’s, senior leaders, and an array of managers in our client organizations.  FMS’s unique approach to leadership is focused on both the art and science of becoming an effective leader.  The art aspect of leadership involves personal self assessment and reflection using three online assessments.  In addition, we engage many of our clients in 360 degree development assessments which give pertinent data to multiple roles in leading their organizations internally and externally.

Once the personal reflections and assessments are complete, our senior consultants provide personal coaching on how self-knowledge leads to effective action plans for improvement.  The science aspect of our coaching involves building skills and practices in delegation, decision making, meeting management, coaching, financial management, and building strategic networks.  We often use case studies to help our clients integrate the art and science of leadership into practical applications in their workplace.
