Strategic Planning
       

Since FMS was formed in 1979 providing strategic planning for our clients has been a core service.  During this period, we have developed more than 200 strategic plans for our client organizations.  Our consultants have a unique ability to help organizations develop a vision for the future based on understanding the trends and opportunities of our dynamic environment in today’s world.  Our focus on core values and mission statements align the vision to the operations of our clients. 

We use a participatory process utilizing focus groups and interviews to develop an environmental scan of data that is used throughout the strategic planning process.  Through our research on best practices from our over 200 strategic planning clients, we have developed a method using a steering committee to ensure widespread participation of stakeholders with a streamlined process that saves time and minimizes costs.  We often help our clients connect their vision to strong sets of strategic goals and implementation plans that are grounded in reality and ensure results.
