Howard Paley

Howard Paley has been a leader, an educator, and a storyteller since 1984. He has served as a Chief Human Resources leader, a Director of Leadership, served as a school principal, classroom teacher, and special education teacher. He has worked in Chicago and Las Vegas before settling down in Arizona. In addition to his work in public schools, he has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Rodel Foundation of Arizona, a non-profit focused on developing exemplary teachers and leaders for high-need schools. Mr. Paley has been recognized as a teacher and a leader. He was selected as a Middle School Educator of the Year and was selected as one of four Arizona Exemplary Principals in 2009. He has a family in education as his wife, Sharon, was a classroom teacher for 33 years, his son is a music teacher in public schools, and his daughter works in higher education. Mr. Paley is active in the community having served on community boards for the past twenty-five years.
